Booking and Payment

Itinerary and Excursions

• The itinerary and excursions are subject to availability and operational conditions.

• The order of visits may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, local conditions or operational requirements.

• Boat cruises and outdoor activities may be modified, delayed or cancelled for safety reasons or due to adverse weather.

Flights and Transfers

• Airfares are subject to change until tickets are issued and may vary depending on seat availability, booking class, and applicable exchange rates.

• Travellers are responsible for checking their flight details, baggage allowance and departure times.

• Any missed flights, transfers or activities due to late arrival or failure to follow the agreed schedule may incur additional charges.

Accommodation and Services

• Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation. If the selected hotel is unavailable, a similar alternative may be proposed, subject to availability and confirmation.

• Any requested changes to accommodation, room type or travel arrangements are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations and Amendments

• Cancellation and amendment fees will apply in accordance with the terms of the relevant hotels, airlines, transport providers and tour operators.

• Any additional costs resulting from changes requested by the traveller will be borne by the traveller.

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, lost baggage and other unforeseen circumstances.

 Personal Responsibility

• Travellers must comply with local laws, customs, safety instructions and the guidance provided by tour guides and service providers.

• The travel organiser shall not be held responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
