MEAL PLANS

All-Inclusive Package:

All-Inclusive starts at 14:00 on check-in date & ends at 12:00 on check-out date.
Daily: All-Inclusive starts from 11:00 and ends at 23:00 (As per operating hours of restaurants and bars).
Breakfast (07:00 - 10:00) at the main restaurant.
Dinner (19:00 - 22:00) at the main restaurant.
Lunch at the main restaurant (12:30-15:00).
Afternoon Tea/Coffee (15:00 to 17:00).
Soft drinks/ juices/mineral water/local beers, cocktails, local spirits & house wines by the glass - available at the bar from 11:00 to 23:00.

HOUSE RULE:

Food and Beverages from outside or not purchased at the hotel will not be permitted within the hotel premises.
All Customers having any food allergens & dietary restrictions should be communicated to the hotel 48 hours prior to arrival.
Access to the premises for visitors should be approved beforehand by the management.
Any drinks or food items offered to a non-resident/visitor will be charged at listed prices.
The whole stay and all guests of the same booking/traveling together must be booked on the same meal plan basis.
Dinner dress code: Smart casual (pants and shoes for gentlemen) applies as from 18:30.
For pool use – swimming suit is compulsory.
The hotels reserve the right to close one or more of their F&B outlets (without compensation) for renovation, bad weather conditions such as cyclone, force majeur and occasional private functions. In such a situation, guests will be invited to dine in another outlet.
All bills must be signed by guests to simplify the control/billing processes.
Special meals, events and set-ups organized on the beach or in privatized areas within the hotels are not included.
Halal, Gluten free or any specific meals are available upon request.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

A valid Mauritian National ID or Residence Permit must be presented at check-in to qualify for resident rates. If the required documents are not presented, the hotel may apply the public rate.
Tourist Fee: A €3 per person, per night Tourist Fee applies to guests aged 12+ who are non-Mauritian citizens without a Residence Permit and is payable at the hotel.
Upon receipt of the booking voucher, the client is responsible for reviewing all details and acknowledging acceptance of the contents. Any discrepancies must be reported promptly. Ticketbox.mu shall not be held liable for issues arising from failure to review the voucher.

Age Requirement: If you fail to declare your child or book for the wrong age group, you will be required to pay a supplement on arrival. A copy of Child birth certificate must be presented upon arrival.
Honeymoon Offer: A certified wedding certificate not exceeding 6 months should be sent at the time of booking and presented upon arrival at the hotel.
Price may vary between days, months, and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date).
No compensation of any kind shall be offered for non-consumed items.

Refund Policy: Ticketbox.mu will charge an admin fee of 20%. Refunds are processed within 5 to 15 working days.
In case of No-Shows, the total rate will be charged; No refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be possible.
Ticketbox reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. This also applies if availability could not be obtained from the requested hotel, if the correct tariff was not applied, or if last minute Stop Sales were applied by the requested hotel but were available on the Ticketbox platform. In such cases, clients may be required to pay the difference or request a refund. Refunds are processed within 5 to 15 working days.

LOCKDOWN & CYCLONE PROTOCOL:

If your booking falls within a Lockdown period, Government restriction, or Cyclone Class 2+ Protocol, the hotel or supplier will inform whether your reservation is postponed or cancelled.
If postponed, we will provide the next available dates.
If cancelled, you will receive a credit note from Ticketbox.mu, redeemable for future bookings.
