Vallé Advenature Park - Mountain Luge Kart

Activity Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Age: 7 years old
• Maximum Height: 1m10cm

NOTE:

• Operating Hours: 09:00 - 17:00.
• Customers are requested to arrive at least 30 mins prior to activity time.

HOUSE RULES: 

• All vouchers must be presented to security to gain access and the front desk on arrival.
• Restaurants & other facilities’ opening hours may vary depending on the weather conditions.
• Food and beverage items may include a supplement.
• Packages are subject to availability.
• No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds but rescheduling or re-booking is allowed subject to availability.
• Reservations: Dates cannot be changed once booked; valid only for day(s) purchased.
• A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or Residence Permit should be presented upon check-in.​​​ Failure to do so will result in being charged the current public rate.
• Rates are applicable for Individual clients only (Not applicable to any group type reservations).
• Not applicable to other Supplements, Transfers and Extras. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or Residence Permit should be presented upon check-in.​​​ Failure to do so will result in being charged the current public rate.
• Upon receipt of the booking voucher, the client is responsible for reviewing all details and acknowledging acceptance of the contents. Any discrepancies must be reported promptly. Ticketbox.mu shall not be held liable for issues arising from failure to review the voucher.
• Age Requirement: If you fail to declare your child or book for the wrong age group, you will be required to pay a supplement on arrival. A copy of Child birth certificate must be presented upon arrival.
• Price may vary between days, months, and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date).
• No compensation of any kind shall be offered for non-consumed items.
• Cancellation policy: We abide by property terms & conditions / policies. In case of refund, see Refund policy.
• Refund Policy: Ticketbox.mu will charge an admin fee of 20%.
• In case of No-Shows, the total rate will be charged; No refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be possible.
• Ticketbox reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. This also applies if availability could not be obtained from the requested hotel, if the correct tariff was not applied, or if last minute Stop Sales were applied by the service provider but were available on the Ticketbox platform. In such cases, clients may be required to pay the difference or request a refund. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled and refunded as a store credit in your Ticketbox.mu account only.
• Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 2 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and will be refunded in the form of store credit to your Ticketbox.mu account.
