HOUSE RULE:
- Bookings to be made between 10:00 and 21:00.
- For Spa booking, please note that prior reservation is required. Kindly call on the 405 3020 to confirm availability of Spa Treatment Room.
- Spa Packages are non-cumulative with other discount offers.
- Amendments: All amendments will need to be confirmed by merchant directly.
- Booking confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival.
- Medical advice: Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any treatment. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse and propose an alternative treatment if any medical problem/history is identified and which could potentially be inappropriate/unsafe with the booked treatment. Merchant reserves the right to refuse to carry out the treatment to any customer if any medical problems are present.
- Arrival time: Customers are requested to arrive at least 15 mins prior to treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduction in treatment time.
- Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
- ID card, passport, resident or work permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Merchant to charge the applicable rate.
- Room is not included.
- The restaurant for lunch is subject to change without prior notice & will be advised by the hotel.
- For Security Reasons: Please note that Kids under the age of 18 years are not allowed access to the Spa/Hammam.
- Arrival time: Customers are requested to arrive at least 15 mins prior to treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduction in treatment time.
- Food and Beverages from outside or not purchased at the hotel will not be permitted within the hotel premises.
- All Customers having any food allergens & dietary restrictions should be communicated to the hotel 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Access to the premises for visitors should be approved beforehand by the management.
- Any drinks or food items offered to a non-resident/visitor will be charged at listed prices.
- The whole stay and all guests of the same booking/traveling together must be booked on the same meal plan basis.
- For pool use – swimming suit is compulsory.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- No coolbox and outside food allowed.
- Reservations: Dates cannot be changed once booked; valid only for day(s) purchased.
- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or Residence Permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in being charged the current public rate.
- Upon receipt of the booking voucher, the client is responsible for reviewing all details and acknowledging acceptance of the contents. Any discrepancies must be reported promptly. Ticketbox.mu shall not be held liable for issues arising from failure to review the voucher.
- Rates are applicable for Individual clients only (Not applicable to any group type reservations).
- Not applicable to other Supplements, Transfers and Extras.
- Age Requirement: If you fail to declare your child or book for the wrong age group, you will be required to pay a supplement on arrival.
- A copy of Child birth certificate must be presented upon arrival.
- Supplier is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
- Price may vary between days, months, and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date).
- No compensation of any kind shall be offered for non-consumed items.
- All bills must be signed by guests to simplify the control/billing processes.
- Cancellation policy: We abide by property terms & conditions / policies. In case of refund, see Refund policy.
- Refund Policy: Ticketbox.mu will charge an admin fee of 20%.
- To Credit Card/ Debit Card customers: You are not allowed to apply for a charge back if the company has agreed to refund you.
- In case of No-Shows, the total rate will be charged; No refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be possible.
- Ticketbox reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. This also applies if availability could not be obtained from the requested hotel, if the correct tariff was not applied, or if last minute Stop Sales were applied by the requested hotel but were available on the Ticketbox platform. In such cases, clients may be required to pay the difference or request a refund. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

LOCKDOWN & CYCLONE PROTOCOL:
- If your booking falls within a Lockdown period, Government restriction, or Cyclone Class 2+ Protocol, the hotel or supplier will inform whether your reservation is postponed or cancelled.
- If postponed, we will provide the next available dates.
- If cancelled, you will receive a credit note from Ticketbox.mu, redeemable for future bookings.
