⚫ Early Bird: Rs 1,000 (until 31 May)
⚫ Standard: Rs 1,500 (from 1 June)

• This is a limited capacity event
• Tickets once bought are NOT refundable. In case of any force majeure, tickets will be re-usable for the next rescheduled event.
• You are not allowed to bring food or drinks inside the venue

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• The event starts at 17:00 until midnight.
• This is strictly an 18+ event.
• This event is an indoor event with covered garden space.  
• Food & Drinks from outside will be not be permitted.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend venue in case of unforeseeable circumstances.
• The organiser shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during the event.
• Photography and filming is encouraged during the show.
• No Show: If customer does not show up at the event, 100% Cancellation Fee will apply.
• No refund is available once ticket is confirmed and issued.
• In case of the event being postponed, the tickets purchased will still be valid for the new date set and will not be refundable. 
• No cancellation or exchange available once ticket is confirmed and issued.
• Failure to present your ticket(s) at the event will entitle the organiser to deny access.
• You can print your e-ticket or have it available ready to scan from your smart phone.
• Make sure the QR code and your booking ref is visible.

• This event is organised by IKES Concept Ltd (Ben Javed). Ticketbox.mu is a third party promoter to facilitate selling of tickets.
• Ticketbox.mu shall not be held liable for any damages, incidents, or issues related to the venue, parking facilities, or any circumstances that may cause inconvenience or discomfort to attendees. All such matters remain the responsibility of the event organiser and/or venue.
• Any individual or party found to be making false, misleading, or defamatory statements that may harm the reputation of Ticketbox.mu may be subject to legal action.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled or postponed. We will only refund as credit note or gift cards.
• Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 2 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled or postponed and will be refunded in the form of credit note or gift cards.
