• All guests must be aged 16 years and above.
• Guests under 18 will be wristbanded.
• Doors will be opened from 16:00.
• This is an outdoor reserved event.
• Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.
• No outside food or drinks will be permitted inside the premises.
• All bags are subject to security checks upon entry.
• No parking is reserved and guests are advised to arrive early to secure parking.
• Any misbehaviour, abusive language or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
• Customers must present their valid e-ticket upon arrival to gain access to the event.
• E-tickets may be printed or displayed on a smartphone for scanning. The QR code and booking reference must be clearly visible.
• The management reserves the right to admission.
• Tickets once purchased are not refundable.
• Failure to present your ticket(s) at the event will entitle the organiser to deny access.
• No-show: Failure to attend the event will result in the ticket being considered used, with no refund, cancellation or exchange.
• Event Organiser: This event is organised by All Waves Fest.
• Ticketbox.mu acts as a third-party ticketing platform facilitating the sale of tickets.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend the venue, seating arrangements or event details in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled or postponed. We will only refund as credit note or gift cards.
• Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 2 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled or postponed and will be refunded in the form of credit note or gift cards.
