- Lunch: A la carte lunch (2 starters, 2 Main Course and 2 Desserts maximum per person) or buffet at the main restaurant Bor Lamer, including vegetarian option.
- Inclusive: Water and soft drinks upon mealtime only.
Dinner:
- Location: Main Restaurant – Bor Lamer.
- Duration: 19:30 to 21:30.
- Menu Type: Buffet or platted service.
- Inclusive: Water, Soft drinks and 1 glass of house wine per person is included.

- Dinner dress code: Smart casual (pants and shoes for gentlemen) applies as from 18:30.
HOUSE RULES:
- All food and drinks are for your personal consumption only, and must be ordered one at a time.
- Additional food & beverage consumption outside the package (bar snacks or Menu/ Beverages items that carry a supplement) or any food and drinks offered to another client will be charged at the point of sale at the prevailing prices.
- Only food and drinks purchased in the Resort are permissible. No food or drinks from outside are permitted inside the restaurant without the approval of the management.
- Some food and beverage items may include a supplement.
- Restaurants & other resort facilities’ opening hours may vary depending on the resort’s occupancy.
- The management reserves the rights and authority to decline serving alcoholic beverages to individuals whom they suspect to be intoxicated, as well as to refuse service to those attempting to purchase alcohol for intoxicated persons.
- The management reserves the right to promptly request any client(s) to depart from the hotel premises and may involve the police if there is any instance of abusive or threatening behaviour towards in-house guest(s) and/or hotel associates.
- The management hereby absolves itself of any responsibility for the loss of guests' personal valuables and belongings at the hotel premises.
DRESS CODE:
- Day wear - Covered swimwear. As a courtesy to fellow guests, kindly avoid sitting in the main restaurant while wearing wet swimwear. For safety, we recommend guests refrain from walking barefoot in this area.
- Evening wear - Smart casual (pants and shoes for gentlemen) applies as from 18:00.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- No coolbox and outside food allowed.
- Reservations: Dates cannot be changed once booked; valid only for day(s) purchased.
- A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or Residence Permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in being charged the current public rate.
- Upon receipt of the booking voucher, the client is responsible for reviewing all details and acknowledging acceptance of the contents. Any discrepancies must be reported promptly. Ticketbox.mu shall not be held liable for issues arising from failure to review the voucher.
- Rates are applicable for Individual clients
- only (Not applicable to any group type reservations).
- Not applicable to other Supplements, Transfers and Extras.
- Age Requirement: If you fail to declare your child or book for the wrong age group, you will be required to pay a supplement on arrival.
- A copy of Child birth certificate must be presented upon arrival.
- Supplier is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
- Price may vary between days, months, and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date).
- No compensation of any kind shall be offered for non-consumed items.
- All bills must be signed by guests to simplify the control/billing processes.
- Cancellation policy: We abide by property terms & conditions / policies. In case of refund, see Refund policy.
- Refund Policy: Ticketbox.mu will charge an admin fee of 20%. Refunds are processed within 5 to 15 working days.
- To Credit Card/ Debit Card customers: You are not allowed to apply for a charge back if the company has agreed to refund you.
- In case of No-Shows, the total rate will be charged; No refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be possible.
- Ticketbox reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. This also applies if availability could not be obtained from the requested hotel, if the correct tariff was not applied, or if last minute Stop Sales were applied by the requested hotel but were available on the Ticketbox platform. In such cases, clients may be required to pay the difference or request a refund. Refunds are processed within 5 to 15 working days.
- All prices on Ticketbox.mu are inclusive of VAT.

LOCKDOWN & CYCLONE PROTOCOL:
- If your booking falls within a Lockdown period, Government restriction, or Cyclone Class 2+ Protocol, the hotel or supplier will inform whether your reservation is postponed or cancelled.
- If postponed, we will provide the next available dates.
- If cancelled, you will receive a credit note from Ticketbox.mu, redeemable for future bookings.
