• This event is an indoor event. 
• The management reserves the right to admission.
• Tickets once purchased are not refundable.
• No outside food & drinks are allowed. All bags will be checked.
• You should STRICTLY respect your seat number.
• You are expected to arrive 30 minutes before the show.
• Any misbehaviour or abusive language will lead to expulsion without refund from the venue.
• Ticketbox.mu is only a third party promoter to facilitate selling of tickets. 
• The organiser reserves the right to amend venue or seating in case of unforeseeable circumstances.
• No parking is reserved, you should come early to get the best parking.
• No Show: If customer does not show up at the event, 100% Cancellation Fee will apply.
• No refund is available once ticket is confirmed and issued.
• No cancellation or exchange available once ticket is confirmed and issued.
• Failure to present your ticket(s) at the event will entitle the organiser to deny access.
• You can print your e-ticket or have it available ready to scan from your smart phone.
• Make sure the QR code and your booking ref is visible.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled or postponed. We will only refund as credit note or gift cards.
• Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 2 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled or postponed and will be refunded in the form of credit note or gift cards.
