Terms & Conditions:

• This is an indoor, reserved-seating event.
• Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the premises.
• Alcohol and non-vegetarian food will not be sold or permitted within the premises.
• Outside food is not permitted inside the theatre.
• Doors will open at 18:00.
• Guests are expected to be seated by 19:30 on the day of the show.
• Management reserves the right to amend the seating plan.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend the venue or seating arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• No parking spaces are reserved for the event. Guests are advised to arrive early to secure parking.
• All bags are subject to security checks upon entry.
• Any misbehaviour, abusive language or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
• By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Such content may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
• The lighting of incense sticks or lamps is strictly prohibited.
• No refunds will be issued once a ticket has been confirmed and issued.
• No cancellations or exchanges will be permitted once a ticket has been confirmed and issued.
• Failure to present a valid ticket at the event will entitle the organiser to deny access.
• Guests may either print their e-ticket or have it readily available on their smartphone for scanning.
• Please ensure that the QR code and booking reference are clearly visible.
• Cancellations are subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
• In the event of postponement, strictly no refunds will be issued.
• No-show: Failure to attend the event will result in the ticket being considered used, with no refund, cancellation or exchange.
• Event Organiser: This event is organised by NEXTSTRAT LTD.
• Ticketbox.mu acts as a third-party ticketing platform facilitating the sale of tickets.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled or postponed. We will only refund as credit note or gift cards.

• Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 2 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled or postponed and will be refunded in the form of credit note or gift cards.
