• Time: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Location: On the sea near Île aux Cerfs, Mauritius.

Embarkation Points:

• Catamaran: Débarcadère, Trou d’Eau Douce, Mauritius
• Speedboat: Four à Chaud, Trou d’Eau Douce, Mauritius

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• This event is an outdoor event. 
• Embarkation time: Guests are required to be at the embarkation point by 8:00 AM.
• The management reserves the right to admission.
• Tickets once purchased are not refundable.;
• No outside food & drinks are allowed. All bags will be checked.
• Your package includes food and drinks, which will be available throughout the event.
• Any misbehaviour or abusive language will lead to expulsion without refund from the venue.
• This event is organised by Le Zoulou Blanc Mauritius & Tropical Escape Mauritius. Ticketbox.mu is a third party promoter to facilitate selling of tickets.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend venue in case of unforeseeable circumstances.
• Postponement Clause - 3rd October Event: In the event that adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the event from taking place on 3rd October, the ticket holder agrees to accept one of the following alternatives in lieu of a refund.
  • ⁠Alternative Trip: Use the ticket for an eq uivalent boat trip on the East Coast of Mauritius.
  • ⁠Rescheduled Party: Accept a new proposed date for the yacht party to be held in December or January, subject to the weather forecast and provider availability.
• ⁠Safety and Conduct - ⁠Captain’s Authority: The Captain reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip at their discretion if weather conditions are deemed unfavorable for passenger safety.  •⁠  ⁠Conduct: The organizers reserve the right to remove any passenger from the vessel for disorderly conduct or any behavior deemed to place others at risk.
• No Show: If customer does not show up at the event, 100% Cancellation Fee will apply
• No refund is available once ticket is confirmed and issued.
• No cancellation or exchange available once ticket is confirmed and issued.
• Failure to present your ticket(s) at the event will entitle the organiser to deny access.
• You can print your e-ticket or have it available ready to scan from your smart phone.
• Make sure the QR code and your booking ref is visible.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• Lockdown protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period/Government restriction, it will automatically be cancelled or postponed.
• Cyclone protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 2 or above, the reservation will automatically be cancelled or postponed and will be refunded in the form of credit note or gift cards.
