House Rule:

• Room use is not included.
• Hotel is not wheelchair friendly.
• Birthday cakes will be at a supplement for guests celebrating their birthday.
• Access to Navasana Spa is not included.
• Resort facilities and restaurant opening hours may vary depending on occupancy and availability.
• Non-included extras are payable upon departure. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the hotel premises.
• Visitor access to hotel premises is subject to management approval, and applicable charges will apply for food and beverages provided to visitors.
• Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform the hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
• All guests travelling together under the same booking must be booked under the same package.
• Dress Code: Smart casual attire. Swimwear is permitted only at the pool and beach. Appropriate clothing and footwear are required in restaurants and public areas.

Terms & Conditions:

• All adult guests checking in, including sharing occupants, must present a valid Mauritian National Identity Card (NIC) or Residence Permit upon arrival to qualify for resident rates. Failure to provide the required identification documents may result in the hotel applying the applicable public rate.
• All guests are responsible in reviewing all details upon receipt of the booking vouchers. Any discrepancies must be reported promptly. Ticketbox.mu shall not be held liable for issues arising from failure to review the voucher.
• Cancellation Policy: We abide by property terms & conditions / policies. In case of refund, see Refund policy.
• Refund Policy: Ticketbox.mu will charge an admin fee of 20%. Refunds are processed within 5 to 15 working days.
• Chargeback Policy: If the Company has agreed to refund your payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer.
• Age Policy: Child(ren) must be booked under the correct age group. A birth certificate can be requested upon arrival. Supplements shall apply if an incorrect age is declared.
• No-Shows are fully chargeable and are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or rebooking.
• Full Payment Terms: Ticketbox.mu reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. This also applies if hotel availability cannot be confirmed, if correct tariff was not applied, or a last-minute stop sale was applied by the hotel but remained available. In such cases, guests may be required to pay the price difference or request a refund.

• No compensation of any kind shall be offered for non-consumed items. All bills must be signed by guests to simplify the control/billing processes.

Exceptional Circumstances:

In the event of a Cyclone Class 2 or above, lockdown, or government restrictions, the hotel will advise whether your booking may be postponed or cancelled.

• Postponed: Your stay will be rescheduled to the next available dates.
• Cancelled: A credit note from Ticketbox.mu will be issued and remain redeemable for future bookings.
