Tam Tam Bar - Indulge yourself at the 'Tam Tam Bar', a vibrant venue where you can enjoy pool and courtyard views while bonding with family and making new friends at the heart of the hotel.

Pool Bar - The Pool Bar at Ocean's Creek is a vibrant spot where you can relax by the main pool and savour delicious appetisers and cocktails. Live DJ/entertainment available 7 days a week (subject to daily schedule).

Kids Club - Discover endless adventures for children (3-12 years old) at Ocean's Creek. Our Kid's Club is a vibrant hub with a play-scape, games, toys, books, and a kids-cinema. Dive into year-round water fun in the temperature-controlled kid's pool. Create lasting memories as your little ones explore, make friends, and play in our lively and safe environment.

Swimming pools - Take advantage of Ocean's Creek's water recreation with its two (2) generous pools. Pool cabanas and sun loungers are available, maintained by the pool bar team, so you can relax in peace and quiet.

Giant waterslides - In addition, the hotel offers two (2) giant waterslides, a unique experience in Mauritius, especially on the north-west coast, in Balaclava, providing unforgettable family fun (subject to weather conditions).

• Blue Waterslide: for children as from 7 years to 10 years.
• Green Waterslide: as from 11 years onwards.

Climbing wall - The hotel features a shaded climbing wall, providing visitors seeking exercise and a challenge with an exciting activity (availability subject to daily schedule and weather conditions).

• For your safety, please ensure you wear sport shoes for this activity (compulsory).
• Clients are kindly requested to always follow and adhere to the instructions provided by the monitor-on-duty during the activity.

Shanti Wellness - Experience our fully equipped, modern, air-conditioned gym boasting state-of-the-art facilities, including elliptical trainers, treadmills, weight machines, and a dedicated area for Pilates and aerobics (available for guests aged 16 years and above; compulsory).

Additionally, we offer a spacious wellness area featuring a hammam and a Himalayan pink salt sauna (available for guests aged 16 years and above; compulsory), along with three fully equipped, air-conditioned thermal treatment rooms.

• Dress code: proper gym wear is preferred and compulsory.
• For your safety, please ensure you wear sport shoes at the gym.
• Please note: Children under 16 are not permitted in the gym (compulsory).

Meeting Rooms:

• 'The Cube' (250 m²) is a versatile space ideal for meetings, conferences, or banquets (up to a maximum of 350 persons in theatre-style setup); additional venue rental fee may apply.
• 'KOZE', our boardroom (40 m²), can accommodate up to max. 10 persons and is available to hotel guests upon request (subject to an additional venue charge).

• Special rate for Senior Citizen (>60 years).
• Validity: 27th August - 02nd November 2026.
• IMPORTANT: A valid proof of identification must be presented upon arrival for all senior citizens (aged over 60), as this is a mandatory requirement. Failing this, the hotel reserves the right to apply an additional supplement in line with the standard adult rate.

CHILD POLICY:

• 0 - 02 years - Infant.
• 3 -11 years - Child rate.
• 12 - 17 years - Teen rate.
• 18 years and above - Adult rate.

 

HOUSE RULES:

• MODIFICATION FEE:
  • Chargeable at a compulsory additional fee of MUR 500/- per modification, per booking.
  • Applicable to all current/new bookings for all day/evening packages.
  • Note that any modification will be applicable to any change in terms of name(s) and/or change of date.
• Pool/beach towels are not provided, and guests are kindly requested to bring their own pool/beach towels.
• Please note that any guest remaining on-site after 16:00hrs will incur an additional charge of Rs. 1,000 per person per hour, payable directly at the hotel (applicable from 3 years of age onwards).
• Changing room facilities with shower are available.
• The management reserves the rights and authority to decline serving alcoholic beverages to individuals whom they suspect to be intoxicated, as well as to refuse service to those attempting to purchase alcohol for intoxicated persons.
• The management reserves the right to promptly request any client(s) to depart from the hotel premises and may involve the police if there is any instance of abusive or threatening behaviour towards in-house guest(s) and/or hotel associates.
• The management hereby absolves itself of any responsibility for the loss of guests' personal valuables and belongings at the hotel premises.

DISCLAIMER:

• The management reserves the right to refuse the service of alcoholic beverages to any individual suspected of being intoxicated, as well as to those attempting to purchase alcohol on behalf of an intoxicated person.
• The management reserves the right to request the immediate departure of any guest from the hotel premises and may involve the authorities in cases of abusive or threatening behaviour towards other guests or hotel staff, or in the event of any unlawful activity.
• The possession, use, distribution, or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on hotel premises. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate expulsion and possible police intervention.
• The management accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of guests' personal belongings or valuables on the premises.

DRESS CODE:

• Day wear - Covered swimwear. As a courtesy to fellow guests, kindly avoid sitting in the main restaurant while wearing wet swimwear. For safety, we recommend guests refrain from walking barefoot in this area.
• Evening wear - Casual wear. Gentlemen may wear Bermudas. However, athletic attire, sportswear, and tank tops (d'ébardeur) are not permitted in the main restaurant.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

• No coolbox and outside food allowed. 
• Reservations: Dates cannot be changed once booked; valid only for day(s) purchased.
• For all guests checking in: A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or Residence Permit must be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will result in being charged the current public rate.
• Upon receipt of the booking voucher, the client is responsible for reviewing all details and acknowledging acceptance of the contents. Any discrepancies must be reported promptly. Ticketbox.mu shall not be held liable for issues arising from failure to review the voucher.
• Rates are applicable for Individual clients only (Not applicable to any group type reservations).
• Not applicable to other Supplements, Transfers and Extras. 
• Age Requirement: If you fail to declare your child or book for the wrong age group, you will be required to pay a supplement on arrival.
• A copy of Child birth certificate must be presented upon arrival.
• Supplier is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
• Price may vary between days, months, and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date).
• No compensation of any kind shall be offered for non-consumed items.
• All bills must be signed by guests to simplify the control/billing processes.
• Cancellation policy: We abide by property terms & conditions / policies. In case of refund, see Refund policy.
• Refund Policy: Ticketbox.mu will charge an admin fee of 20%.
• To Credit Card/ Debit Card customers: You are not allowed to apply for a charge back if the company has agreed to refund you. 
• In case of No-Shows, the total rate will be charged; No refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be possible.
• Ticketbox reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if full payment is not received on time. This also applies if availability could not be obtained from the requested hotel, if the correct tariff was not applied, or if last minute Stop Sales were applied by the requested hotel but were available on the Ticketbox platform. In such cases, clients may be required to pay the difference or request a refund. Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

LOCKDOWN & CYCLONE PROTOCOL:

• If your booking falls within a Lockdown period, Government restriction, or Cyclone Class 2+ Protocol, the hotel or supplier will inform whether your reservation is postponed or cancelled.
• If postponed, we will provide the next available dates.
• If cancelled, you will receive a credit note from Ticketbox.mu, redeemable for future bookings.
